Weekly Off: Wednesday Job Summary Dica An Deco Interiors is looking for a Telecaller Executive with good communication skills and a positive attitude. Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities ● Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers. ● Contact leads and explain the company’s interior design services. ● Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information. ● Generate and qualify leads through telephone calls. ● Follow up with interested customers and schedule meetings/site visits. ● Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and follow-ups. ● Coordinate with the sales and design team for lead conversion. ● Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.



● Handle customer queries professionally and maintain valuable relationships.

Required Skills ● Good verbal and written communication skills. ● Confident and polite telephone communication. ● Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets is preferred. ● Good convincing and follow-up skills. ● Positive attitude and willingness to learn. ● Ability to work with daily targets. ● Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Working Details

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Weekly Off: Wednesday Employment: Full-Time Salary ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month , depending on experience, communication skills, and performance. Who Can Apply: Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of relevant experience.
