Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Telesales Executive to promote and sell our herbal and wellness products through telephone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, understanding their product requirements, explaining product features accurately, generating orders, and maintaining customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

- Explain herbal/wellness products, their ingredients, usage instructions, pricing, and offers accurately.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products based on approved product information.

- Generate sales and achieve daily/monthly sales targets.

- Follow up with interested customers and pending orders.

- Maintain regular communication with customers through calls and WhatsApp.

- Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate product information.

- Record calls, leads, follow-ups, orders, and customer details in the CRM/tracker.

- Follow up on abandoned or pending orders.





- Maintain good customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.

- Coordinate with the dispatch/customer support team regarding orders and delivery issues.

- Collect customer feedback and report common concerns to the concerned team.

- Follow company-approved sales scripts, product information, and promotional guidelines.

- Maintain confidentiality of customer information.

Required Skills

- Good communication skills in English and Malayalam; Hindi/other languages are an advantage.

- Good convincing and negotiation skills.

- Customer-friendly attitude.

- Target-oriented and self-motivated.

- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.

- Positive follow-up skills.

- Ability to handle rejection professionally.

- Willingness to learn about herbal products and company-approved product information.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
