Job Overview

Matebiz Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a confident and target-oriented Telesales Executive to connect with prospective clients over the phone, generate business opportunities, follow up on leads, and promote our IT services, including website development, SEO, digital marketing, and other web solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and promote company services.
- Explain website development, SEO, digital marketing, and other IT solutions according to client requirements.
- Follow up with leads through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to convert them into sales.
- Identify potential customers, understand their business needs, and generate qualified sales opportunities.
- Handle customer queries, overcome objections, and negotiate effectively to close deals.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, lead status, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM system.




- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.

Requirements
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Solid telephone communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Basic understanding of IT services, website development, SEO, or digital marketing is preferred.
- Ability to convince prospects, handle objections, and follow up consistently.
- Good interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates with experience in telesales, telemarketing, inside sales, or business development will be preferred.
- Freshers with good English communication skills and a strong interest in sales may also apply.
