- Make outbound calls to farmers, dealers, distributors, retailers, and prospective customers.
- Explain product features, benefits, usage, and availability of fertilisers and crop nutrition products.
- Generate sales leads and convert potential customers into buyers.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, pending orders, and repeat purchases.
- Inform customers about new products, promotional schemes, discounts, and seasonal offers.
- Maintain and update customer databases, call records, and sales reports.
- Coordinate with field sales teams, distributors, and logistics teams for order processing and delivery.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
- Collect customer feedback and identify market requirements.
- Maintain long-term relationships with existing customers and support customer retention.
- Provide accurate product information and escalate technical agricultural queries to the relevant team.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Agriculture, B.Sc. Agriculture, B.sc chem, or Business Administration is preferred.
- Good communication skills in Marathi, Hindi.
- Basic knowledge of fertilisers, agricultural products, or farming practices is an advantage.




- Strong convincing, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and CRM software.
- Ability to handle outbound calls and meet sales targets.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.

Experience
- Freshers can apply if they have positive communication and sales skills.
- Experience in telesales, telemarketing, fertilisers, agrochemicals, or agricultural input sales will be preferred.
