Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Tendering Specialist role based in Vadodara.

The Tendering

Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end tender and bid process, including identifying opportunities, analyzing tender requirements, preparing compliant proposals, and coordinating documentation and submissions. Daily tasks include reviewing technical and commercial specifications, collaborating with sales, engineering, and finance teams to compile accurate cost estimates and solution offerings,



and ensuring adherence to internal approval processes. The role involves maintaining tender records, tracking bid status, updating tender databases, and supporting negotiations or clarifications with clients and vendors.

The Tendering

Specialist will also monitor market trends, procurement policies, and competitor activities to help improve tender strategies and win rates.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid tender management skills, including experience with end-to-end tender and bid processes.
- Candidates should possess analytical skills to interpret technical and commercial requirements, evaluate risks, and develop competitive bid strategies.
- Candidates should possess communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and interact professionally with clients, vendors, and partners.
- Candidates should possess proposal writing skills to prepare clear, accurate, and compliant technical and commercial submissions.
- Candidates should possess procurement-related skills, including familiarity with purchasing workflows, vendor coordination, and tendering regulations.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, finance, or a related field are preferred.
- Experience in power systems, thermal management, infrastructure solutions, or industrial/engineering projects will be an advantage.
- Proficiency with MS Office tools (especially Excel and Word), attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines are beneficial.
