About the Company

D.K. Industries is a manufacturer and exporter of henna and herbal hair colour products. Our brands include Shagun Gold, and we supply products to distributors, wholesalers and business partners across India and international markets.

Job Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to distributors, wholesalers and potential customers.
- Contact existing customers for repeat orders and business follow-ups.
- Generate current business leads through calling.
- Explain company products, schemes and offers to customers.
- Follow up on pending orders and payments.
- Maintain customer details and daily calling reports.




- Coordinate with the sales team for business development.

Requirements
- Good communication skills in Hindi.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain records.
- Confidence in making calls and talking to customers.
- Freshers can apply; telecalling or sales experience will be an advantage.
