Business Development Associate (BDA) – 0–2 Years

Senior Business Development Associate (Sr. BDA) – 2 Years of EdTech Experience

Key Responsibilities:

Connect with aspiring professionals and understand their career goals.

Explain Scaler’s learning programmes and how they can support career growth.

Engage with prospective learners and build strong customer relationships.

Follow up with interested prospects and address their queries.

Work towards daily activity goals and sales targets.

What We’re Looking For:

1–6 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, and/or IT Services, depending on the role.





Graduation in any stream; B.Tech is preferred.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Strong sales mindset and a passion for achieving targets.

Basic knowledge of LSQ.

Good to Have:

Experience in EdTech, K12, or technology-based domains.

Experience selling technology products or services.

Experience handling deal sizes above ₹50,000.
