- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

- Handle inbound enquiries and follow up with leads.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

- Explain product features, pricing, offers, and terms clearly.

- Generate and maintain a solid sales pipeline through regular follow-ups.

- Convert leads into confirmed orders/sales.

- Maintain accurate customer and call records in CRM/ERP.

- Coordinate with the Sales and Branch teams for order processing and customer requirements.

- Follow up on quotations, pending orders, and payments where required.

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.

- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

- Provide regular reports on calls, leads, conversions, and pending follow-ups.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
