:

- Handle incoming and outgoing calls from customers, suppliers, and business enquiries.

- Send skilled emails, quotations, company introductions, and follow-up messages.

- Make follow-up calls to prospective and existing customers.

- Maintain customer databases, call records, and enquiry details.

- Coordinate with the sales team regarding customer requirements and pending enquiries.

- Explain company products and services to potential customers.

- Generate leads and maintain regular communication with clients.

- Handle basic administrative and communication-related tasks as required.

Requirements:

- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.

- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office and email handling.

- Good telephone etiquette and professional email-writing skills.

- Ability to manage multiple calls and follow-ups efficiently.

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Salary: ₹17,000–₹20,000 per month, depending on experience.
