We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Telemarketing Team Leader to lead our telemarketing team, manage lead follow-ups, improve conversion rates, and generate qualified leads for our real estate sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage, and motivate the telemarketing team to achieve daily and monthly targets.
- Monitor daily call volumes, follow-ups, lead conversions, and team performance.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule site visits for the sales team.
- Ensure timely follow-ups with prospective customers through calls and other communication channels.
- Monitor team productivity, call quality, and customer interaction standards.
- Train team members on calling techniques, lead handling, and objection management.
- Track and maintain lead data, call reports, and performance metrics in CRM software.
- Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead conversion and customer engagement.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for management.




- Handle escalated customer queries and ensure effective lead management.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in telemarketing, telesales, or presales.
- Ability to achieve targets and improve team performance.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.
- Knowledge of CRM software, Excel, and lead management systems.
- Good analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Real estate industry experience is preferred.

Qualification
- Any degree is preferred.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience, including team-handling experience.
