We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, generating leads, following up with prospective customers, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote company products and services.

- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally and provide accurate product information.

- Generate and qualify sales leads through telecalling.

- Follow up on customer inquiries, quotations, and pending orders.

- Schedule appointments or meetings for the sales team when required.

- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM/ERP systems regularly.

- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through regular communication.

- Resolve customer queries and escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary.

- Achieve daily, weekly,



and monthly calling and sales targets.

- Prepare daily call reports and maintain proper documentation of customer interactions.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

- Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Diploma holders with relevant experience may also apply.

Experience

- 0–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or inside sales.

- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal communication in English and interpersonal skills.

- Robust persuasion and negotiation abilities.

- Customer-focused attitude with a positive approach.

- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.

- Familiarity with CRM software is an added advantage.

- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

- Good listening, problem-solving, and time management skills.

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
