Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, communicating with customers, explaining products/services, generating leads, and achieving assigned targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

- Explain products/services clearly and professionally.

- Generate and follow up on leads through calls.

- Maintain proper records of calls and customer information.

- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information.

- Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales.

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.

- Maintain a positive and professional attitude with customers.

Requirements

- Positive communication skills in Hindi; basic English is an advantage.

- Confident and polite speaking ability.

- Basic computer knowledge.

- Ability to handle customer queries professionally.

- Target-oriented and self-motivated.

- Freshers can also apply.

Pay: ₹5,600.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
