Salary: ₹20,000/month + Performance-Based Incentives

Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

About the Role

Guildstone Stays is looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and results-driven Telecaller & Sales Executive to manage customer enquiries, build relationships with potential guests, and convert leads into confirmed bookings.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and sales leads.
- Explain property features, stay packages, pricing, and availability.
- Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into bookings.
- Maintain accurate lead and booking records.
- Coordinate with the property team for reservations and confirmations.
- Achieve monthly booking and sales targets.
- Share daily sales and follow-up reports.

Requirements
- Fluent English communication is mandatory.
- Good convincing, negotiation, and sales skills.




- Telugu and Hindi communication skills are an added advantage.
- Previous experience in telecalling, sales, hospitality, or customer support preferred.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp Business and Google Sheets.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working remotely.
- Must have a reliable internet connection and a suitable work environment.
