About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented

Tele callers – Student Admissions to join our growing admissions team. The role involves engaging with prospective students, understanding their learning requirements, explaining courses and fee structures, and converting leads into successful enrolments. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and experience in educational counselling, admissions, or inside sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact prospective students through inbound and outbound calls.

- Explain course offerings, benefits, career outcomes, and fee structures.

- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs.

- Follow up with interested candidates and nurture leads through the admission process.

- Convert qualified leads into enrolments and achieve monthly admission targets.

- Maintain accurate records of interactions and updates in CRM.

- Handle objections and resolve candidate queries professionally.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.





- Make approximately

150–200 calls per day

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.

- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.

- Ability to handle high call volumes and achieve targets.

- Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.

- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.

- Customer-focused approach with a positive attitude.

Preferred Background

- Candidates with experience from EdTech, Education Counselling, Admissions, or Inside Sales.

- 1+ Years of experience

Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline.

- Relevant experience in admissions counselling, tele calling, inside sales, or student enrollment preferred.
