Job Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers for the sale of luxury 3 BHK flats at Opera Garden.
- Handle incoming inquiries from property portals, social media, advertisements, and other marketing campaigns.
- Explain project features, amenities, pricing, offers, and payment plans to prospective buyers.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule site visits for interested customers.
- Follow up regularly with potential buyers to convert inquiries into site visits and sales.
- Maintain daily calling reports, customer databases, and lead status in CRM/Excel.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for customer meetings and bookings.




- Build positive customer relationships and achieve monthly calling and lead-generation targets.

Candidate Requirements
- Graduate or 12th pass with good communication skills.
- Minimum 6 months to 2 years of telecalling experience preferred.
- Real estate telecalling experience will be an added advantage.
- Fluent in Hindi and Punjabi; basic English communication skills.
- Valuable convincing, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software.
- Confident, professional, and target-oriented personality.
