Tele Counsellor – Domestic
Role Details:
Position: Tele Counsellor – Domestic
Department: Call Centre
Location: Gurgaon, Sector 18
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Office Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Weekly Off: Sunday fixed off
Compensation: For 1 year experience-Up to 21,000 in hand For Fresher- Upto 16,000 in hand
Travel Requirement: No travel required
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate candidates are preferred.
Undergraduates may also apply, provided they have completed 12th standard and have their result in hand.
Experience required: Fresher to 1 year.
Required Skills and Experience:
Positive communication skills in both Hindi and English.
Prior experience in outbound telecalling, telesales, lead generation, or a similar calling process is preferred.
Comfortable speaking with prospective candidates/customers over calls and sharing relevant information clearly.
