Responsibilities

- Handle incoming (inbound) and outgoing (outbound) calls professionally.
- Attend customer inquiries and provide accurate information about company services.
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate sales leads.
- Explain products and services to customers and encourage sales.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
- Identify customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Maintain daily call records, customer details, and sales reports.
- Achieve daily calling targets and monthly sales targets.
- Build positive customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Skills

- Positive communication skills in Hindi; basic English is an advantage.
- Confidence in handling incoming and outgoing calls.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic computer knowledge and data-entry skills.
- Customer-handling and convincing skills.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
