Role & responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Explain SBI Credit Card products, features, and benefits.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable credit card options.
- Follow up with interested customers and generate conversions.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
- Maintain accurate call and customer records.
- Achieve assigned daily/monthly calling and sales targets.
- Coordinate with the team for application processing and follow-ups.
Preferred candidate profile
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in telecalling, telesales, credit card sales, BPO, or customer service.
- Valuable communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of computers.
- Target-oriented and confident personality.
- Ability to work from the office.
- Hindi and English communication skills preferred.
