Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and follow up on enquiries.
- Explain courses and provide information to interested candidates.
- Maintain enquiry records and follow up with potential students.
- Assist with daily office activities and coordinate with the team.
Requirements:
- Good communication and telephone-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
