Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller with at least 1 year of experience in handling customer calls, explaining company services, and maintaining good customer relationships.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on leads.
- Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries.
- Explain company products and services clearly to customers.
- Maintain customer databases and update call records regularly.
- Follow up with customers to generate leads and achieve assigned targets.
- Maintain professional communication and build positive customer relationships.
- Coordinate with the internal team for customer queries and follow-ups.

Required Candidate Profile




- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Telecaller or in a similar role.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel.
- Ability to handle calls professionally and confidently.
- Good follow-up skills and a customer-oriented approach.
- Fluency in Telugu and basic English communication is preferred.
