We are looking for a confident and results-oriented Telecaller / Inside Sales Executive to manage incoming leads, communicate with potential clients, conduct follow-ups, and generate business opportunities.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a qualified approach, and the ability to convert inquiries into qualified sales meetings.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact leads generated through Meta Ads, website inquiries, and other marketing channels.
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and businesses.
- Understand client requirements and identify suitable services.
- Explain company services and offerings professionally.
- Qualify leads based on business requirements, budget, and interest.
- Schedule meetings with interested prospects for the sales team.
- Follow up with potential clients through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, inquiries, and follow-ups.
- Update lead status in CRM software or Google Sheets.
- Coordinate with the internal team regarding client inquiries and scheduled meetings.
- Achieve assigned calling, lead qualification,



and meeting-booking targets.

Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Previous experience in telecalling, inside sales, lead generation, or business development preferred.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing services is an advantage.
- Ability to communicate professionally with business owners and decision-makers.
- Good follow-up and customer relationship management skills.
- Basic computer knowledge, including Excel and Google Sheets.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
