About Kremlin Aesthetics

Kremlin Aesthetics is a premium skin, laser, hair, and aesthetic clinic in Chromepet. We are looking for a confident and polite Telecaller / Front Desk Executive to handle patient enquiries, appointment booking, follow-ups, and clinic coordination.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle incoming and outgoing calls from leads and patients.
- Explain clinic services such as laser hair removal, skin treatments, weight loss, hair growth, bridal packages, and aesthetic treatments.
- Book consultation appointments and follow up with patients.
- Maintain daily lead status, appointment status, and follow-up records.
- Send WhatsApp messages, reminders, and payment/booking confirmations.
- Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff for patient scheduling.
- Convert enquiries into clinic visits through proper follow-up.
- Handle patient queries politely and professionally.
- Support front desk activities when required.

Candidate Requirements





- Good communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Prior experience in telecalling, clinic sales, beauty clinic, skin clinic, hospital, or customer support preferred.
- Basic computer and WhatsApp handling knowledge.
- Confident, polite, patient, and target-oriented.
- Ability to explain offers and convince customers professionally.
- Freshers with valuable communication can also apply.

Qualification

- Any degree / diploma.
- Healthcare, cosmetology, beauty, or customer service background is an added advantage.
