We are looking for a Telecaller Intern to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making calls, communicating with candidates, generating leads, and supporting the business development team.
This is a great chance for freshers who want to gain practical experience in telecalling, recruitment consultancy, customer interaction, lead generation.
Role & responsibilities :
- Make outbound calls to candidates.
- Explain available opportunities.
- Generate and qualify leads through telephone calls.
- Follow up with candidates regularly.
- Understand requirements and provide relevant information.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the recruitment and business development team.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and candidates.
Preferred candidate profile :
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable speaking with candidates over the phone.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/MS Excel.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.
- English communication skills preferred.
