Senior Telecaller – Lead Generation

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Telecaller to generate and qualify leads for our jewellery brand. The candidate will be responsible for outbound calling, customer engagement, lead qualification, follow-ups, and converting enquiries into potential sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through outbound calls and follow-ups with prospective customers.
- Handle inbound enquiries and convert them into qualified leads.
- Understand customer requirements, jewellery preferences, occasion, and budget.
- Explain jewellery collections, products, offers, and services to customers.
- Follow up with potential customers and maintain a strong lead pipeline.
- Qualify prospects and schedule store visits or appointments.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead handover and conversion.
- Maintain accurate customer and lead information in the CRM/database.
- Achieve monthly lead-generation and conversion targets.
- Track follow-ups and provide regular reports on lead status and performance.
- Handle customer objections professionally and work towards conversion.




- Build long-term relationships with prospective and existing customers.

Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, inside sales, lead generation, or customer acquisition.
- Proven experience in achieving calling, lead-generation, and sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and following up with leads.
- Customer-focused, confident, and target-oriented.
- Experience with CRM or lead-management tools.
- Good working knowledge of English and Hindi; Marathi will be an added advantage.
- Experience in jewellery, luxury retail, fashion, premium products, or high-value sales will be preferred.

Compensation ₹40,000 per month + Attractive Performance-Based Incentives
