Job Title: Telecaller – Diagnostic Centre

Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh

Job Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to patients and follow up on inquiries.
- Explain diagnostic tests, packages, and available services.
- Schedule appointments for blood tests, health checkups, and other diagnostic services.
- Coordinate with patients regarding home sample collection and appointment timings.
- Maintain patient records and update call details in the system.
- Follow up with patients for reports, pending appointments, and feedback.

Requirements:

- Minimum 6 months–2 years of experience in telecalling/customer service; healthcare experience preferred.
- Valuable communication skills in Hindi; basic English preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge and calling etiquette.
- Ability to handle patient queries politely and professionally.

Salary: As per experience and company norms. Job Type: Full-time | Work from Office

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
