We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller / Inside Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. Job DescriptionYou will connect with potential customers through phone calls and WhatsApp, understand their requirements, and schedule meetings for our field sales team. This is a completely office-based role with no fieldwork.

Key Responsibilities

- Call leads generated through advertisements, WhatsApp, Instagram, websites, and existing contact databases.
- Explain our company's services clearly in Tamil and understand customer requirements.
- Identify potential customers and schedule meetings with the appropriate sales executives.




- Confirm scheduled meetings one day in advance.
- Maintain accurate call records, lead details, and meeting updates in Google Sheets or the CRM.
- Follow up with potential customers professionally.
- Work towards daily and weekly calling and meeting targets.

Requirements
- Fluent in Tamil with basic working knowledge of English.
- Good communication skills and a clear, friendly telephone manner.
- Patience and confidence when handling customer objections.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and computer operations.
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass or any degree.
- Freshers are welcome; telecalling, customer service, or sales experience is an added advantage.

- Fixed salary of ₹11,000 per month.
- ₹150 incentive for every meeting successfully conducted.
