Role Description The Telecaller role at BuyBuyCart is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The telecaller will handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with product inquiries, order placement, and app usage. Daily responsibilities include explaining offers and promotions, resolving basic customer concerns, updating customer information in the system, and following call scripts where applicable.

The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to address escalated issues, maintaining call quality standards,



and achieving assigned targets such as call volume and customer satisfaction. Telecallers are expected to maintain a professional, courteous tone and represent BuyBuyCart’s brand and values in every interaction.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid verbal communication skills, clear articulation, and active listening abilities.
- Candidates should possess customer service skills, including empathy, patience, and conflict resolution capabilities.
- Candidates should possess basic computer literacy and the ability to work with call management and CRM tools.
- Candidates should possess time management and organizational skills to handle high call volumes efficiently.
- Prior experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer support is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida and adapt to a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma or equivalent; higher education is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Hindi and English; knowledge of additional regional languages is a plus.
