Job Overview

Afra Ventures Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a friendly, confident, and motivated Telecaller / Appointment Setter to join our growing sales team in Puducherry.

The selected candidate will contact potential customers, understand their requirements, explain our services, and schedule appointments for our sales executives. This is an office-based role with no fieldwork.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to leads received through advertisements, WhatsApp, Instagram, websites, and existing contact lists.
- Explain company services clearly in Tamil and understand customer requirements.
- Identify potential customers and generate interest in our services.
- Schedule appointments for the appropriate sales executives.
- Follow up with customers and confirm appointments one day in advance.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups,



and appointments in Google Sheets or the company's CRM.
- Achieve daily and weekly calling and appointment-booking targets.

Eligibility Criteria

- 12th pass or any degree.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Up to 2 years of telecalling, customer service, or sales experience is preferred.
- Fluent in Tamil with basic working knowledge of English.
- Good communication skills and a friendly telephone manner.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and computer operations.
- Patience, confidence, and the ability to handle customer objections positively.

Salary and Benefits

- Fixed salary of ₹11,000 per month.
- Incentive of ₹150 for every meeting that takes place.
- Additional bonus when a meeting converts into a sale.
- Complete training and call scripts during the first week.

- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM
- Work Location: Kosapalayam, Puducherry
- Work Mode: Work from Office
- Field Work: Not required
