Roles & Responsibilities – Telecaller (6 Month – 1 Year Experience)

- Handle inbound and outbound calls to interact with customers and prospects.
- Generate leads by contacting potential customers and explaining products/services.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide accurate information.
- Maintain positive customer relationships through skilled communication.
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers to increase conversions and customer satisfaction.
- Record customer interactions, feedback, and call outcomes in the CRM system or daily reports.
- Achieve daily and monthly call, lead generation, and sales targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure timely customer support.
- Schedule appointments and follow-up calls for the sales team when required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality of customer information.




- Prepare daily call reports and update lead tracking records.
- Continuously improve product knowledge and communication skills to deliver better customer service.

Pay: ₹15,000–₹20,000 per month (depending on experience)

Qualification

Minimum: 12th Pass

Preferred: Graduate in any discipline

Experience: 6 month – 1 year in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or sales

Freshers are welcome to apply

Good communication skills in Hindi and English

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel/CRM is preferred

Good convincing, follow-up, and customer-handling skills
