Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information
- Follow up with leads through calls and other approved communication channels
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and outcomes
- Coordinate with the sales and business development teams
- Meet assigned calling, follow-up, and lead-conversion targets
- Ensure professional and timely communication with prospects




- Provide regular updates and reports to management

What We Are Looking For

- 1+ year of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or a similar role
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident and skilled telephone manner
- Ability to handle objections and maintain productive conversations
- Strong follow-up discipline and attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace or CRM tools
- Adaptability to the latest tools, software, AI solutions, and digital technologies
- Target-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn
