Mealawe makes everyday eating convenient with homely meals and flexible meal subscriptions. Were looking for a customer-focused Telesales Executive to convert enquiries into paid orders, drive subscription renewals and build lasting customer relationships.

What Youll Do

- Connect with prospective customers through calls and WhatsApp to understand their meal requirements.
- Explain meal plans, subscription options, pricing and offers, and help customers choose a suitable plan.
- Convert enquiries, trial users and interested leads into paying customers through timely follow-ups.
- Contact customers before their subscriptions expire and drive timely renewals.
- Reconnect with inactive or lapsed customers, understand their concerns and encourage them to return.
- Recommend suitable upgrades or longer-duration plans based on customer needs.
- Handle objections around pricing, food preferences and service experience with clear, accurate information.




- Coordinate with customer support and operations teams to resolve issues affecting conversions or renewals.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer feedback, follow-ups and sales in the CRM.
- Meet agreed targets for new sales, renewals, collections and customer retention.

What Were Looking For

- 2–5 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, subscription sales or customer retention.
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English; Marathi is an advantage.
- Confidence in handling inbound and outbound calls, explaining products and closing sales.
- A disciplined approach to follow-ups and managing multiple customer conversations.
- Ability to listen, handle objections and sell without overpromising.
- Comfort working with CRM tools, WhatsApp and basic Excel or Google Sheets.
- Experience in food delivery, consumer services or other subscription businesses is an advantage.
- Willingness to work full time from our Pune office.
