Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Telemarketing Executive for our matrimony services. The candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective customers, explaining matrimony services and membership plans, generating leads, and converting enquiries into registrations.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on incoming enquiries.
- Explain matrimony services, membership plans, and registration procedures to customers.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into registered members.
- Understand customer requirements regarding bride or groom preferences and marriage profiles.
- Follow up with interested customers to encourage registration and membership renewals.
- Maintain accurate customer details, call records, and follow-up status in the CRM or system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships through professional communication.
- Handle customer queries and objections politely and effectively.




- Coordinate with the sales team and branch staff to ensure smooth customer service.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information and matrimonial profiles.

Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Tamil and basic English.
- Good convincing, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to make effective sales calls and achieve targets.
- Patience, confidence, and a positive attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge and data-entry skills.
- Good listening and follow-up skills.

Qualification & Experience
- Education: Any degree or 12th pass.
- Experience: 0–3 years of experience in telemarketing, telesales, customer service, or sales.
- Freshers with good communication and convincing skills can also apply.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Number of calls made per day.
- Number of qualified leads generated.
- Number of registrations and paid memberships achieved.
- Lead conversion rate.
- Follow-up effectiveness and customer satisfaction.

Working Conditions
- Full time position.
- Work location: Matrimony branch / office.
- Salary: As per company norms, with incentives based on performance.

Reporting To: Branch Head / Sales Manager
