Responsibilities:

- Engage with potential students over the phone to provide information about our professional education programs.
- Build rapport with prospective students and address their queries and concerns in a skilled manner.
- Guide interested candidates through the admission process, providing necessary assistance and support.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and update the database with relevant information.
- Meet monthly targets for student admissions and contribute to the overall success of the admissions team.

Requirements:

- Excellent communication skills in both English and Malayalam.
- Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service preferred.




- Ability to work independently and effectively manage time.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in using basic computer applications and CRM software.
- Must be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
- Females preferred for this role.
