Key Responsibilities

- Conduct outbound calls and handle inquiries to cater our diverse customer base.
- Effectively explain our products and offers to potential customers to drive sales.
- Assist customers through the ordering process and ensure all details are captured accurately.
- Provide excellent service by resolving queries and maintaining a professional brand image.
- Work consistently toward meeting daily calling and sales targets.

Requirements.

- Languages: Must be fluent in Malayalam.
- Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply).
- Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Kollam.
