We are looking for a dynamic, confident, and results-driven Telecaller to join our Sales Team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective customers, promoting our business and services, handling enquiries, following up with leads, and converting genuine enquiries into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Make daily calls to prospective leads.

Explain our services, pricing, facilities, and procedures clearly.

Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate guidance.

Follow up regularly with interested customers.

Convert qualified leads into successful business.

Maintain accurate call and follow-up records.

Achieve assigned calling and conversion targets.

Maintain a professional and positive relationship with customers.





Quality Leads Provided

Quality and well-defined leads will be generated daily through media campaigns, allowing the Telecaller to focus primarily on calling, follow-ups, customer engagement, and conversions.

Education

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)

Experience:
- Technical support: 1 year (Required)
