As a Tele Caller, you'll be responsible for driving sales revenue through outbound phone calls to potential customers. Your role involves presenting products or services, understanding customer needs, and closing sales deals over the phone.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Present and sell products or services.
- Understand customer needs and offer solutions.
- Meet sales targets and quotas.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries.
- Build and maintain customer relationships.
- Provide accurate product/service information.
- Record customer interactions in CRM system.
- Collaborate with sales team for upselling.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends.
- Must be good in other Languages, English & Hindi
