We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Hindi Tele caller with robust communication skills to handle customer interactions, address queries, and ensure effective follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls and manage inbound customer inquiries.

- Communicate professionally with customers in Hindi.

- Explain products/services and provide accurate information.

- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain call records.

- Ensure a positive customer experience through effective communication.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Fluency in Hindi with strong verbal communication skills.

- Basic computer proficiency and data-entry skills.

- Good interpersonal, listening, and problem-solving abilities.

- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Employment Details:

- Salary: ₹14,000–₹16,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.

- Working Shift : Fixed Day Shift

- Working Days: 6 Days
