Job Overview
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team in Trichy. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers, explaining our products/services, handling enquiries, and generating leads through phone calls.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Handle incoming calls and respond to customer enquiries.
- Explain products, services, offers, and company information clearly.
- Generate and follow up on leads through regular calls.
- Maintain customer information and call records.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable information.
- Schedule appointments or arrange follow-ups when required.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Maintain a professional and positive approach while communicating with customers.
Requirements
- Good communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Hindi or other languages will be an added advantage.
- Valuable telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to convince and communicate effectively with customers.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
