:

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

- Explain travel services, packages, offers, and other company services.

- Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales.

- Follow up with customers regularly and maintain good relationships.

- Handle customer questions and provide accurate information.

- Maintain daily call reports and customer databases.

- Meet monthly calling and conversion targets.

- Coordinate with the sales team to support business development.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 years of experience as a Tele caller, Telemarketing Executive, or similar role.

- Excellent verbal communication skills.

- Malayalam and English proficiency preferred.

- Hindi/other languages will be an advantage.

- Confident, polite, and customer-friendly personality.

- Valuable persuasion and follow-up skills.

- Target-oriented and energetic.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
