We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team in Ahmedabad. The candidate will be responsible for calling customers and following up on pending payments.
Responsibilities
- Call customers regarding pending payments and outstanding invoices.
- Follow up with customers for timely payment.
- Handle customer queries politely.
- Maintain daily calling and follow-up records.
- Coordinate with the accounts team regarding payment updates.
Requirements
- Valuable communication skills in Hindi and Gujarati.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good telephone communication and follow-up skills.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
