SaveInGrams (SIG) is a jewellery E-commerce platform focused on making jewellery shopping.

Job Overview

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to connect with customers and jewellery vendors, explain our platform and services, follow up on leads, and build strong relationships over phone calls.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and jewellery vendors.
- Explain SIG's products, services, offers, and platform features.
- Follow up with interested leads and maintain regular communication.
- Assist customers with basic queries and direct complex issues to the relevant team.
- Support jewellery vendor onboarding and coordinate with interested vendors.
- Maintain accurate call records, lead details, and follow-up status.
- Achieve daily calling targets and contribute to team goals.
- Maintain a skilled and courteous approach during every interaction.

Requirements




- Valuable verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Comfortable speaking with customers and vendors over the phone.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with spreadsheets.
- Good follow-up, listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer questions professionally.
- Freshers are welcome to apply. Prior telecalling or sales experience is an advantage.
