Position: Telecaller

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in telecalling.

Hospital background is mandatory.

Positive communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle patient inquiries and follow-up calls.

Basic computer knowledge is preferred.

Job Responsibilities

Make outbound calls and handle incoming calls.

Follow up with patients regarding appointments and inquiries.

Provide accurate information about hospital services.

Maintain call records and patient details.

Coordinate with the concerned departments as required.
