HIRING: TELECALLER EXECUTIVE

JBS Web Tech is looking for enthusiastic, confident, and self-motivated Telecaller Executives to promote the company's web development, software, mobile application, and digital marketing services.

The selected candidates will contact potential customers, explain our services, generate business leads, follow up with interested prospects, and convert inquiries into successful deals. This is a commission-based opportunity for candidates who want to develop their communication, sales, and customer relationship skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and businesses.
- Explain company services, features, and business benefits.
- Generate qualified leads and identify customer requirements.
- Follow up with prospective customers through calls and messages.
- Coordinate with the sales team and Business Associate Partners.
- Maintain records of customer inquiries, follow-ups, and sales.
- Help convert interested prospects into paying customers.
- Maintain professional communication and customer relationships.

Commission Payment Terms

- Commission is payable for each eligible deal successfully closed by the Telecaller Executive.
- A deal is considered successful after JBS Web Tech receives the applicable customer payment, according to company policy.
- Commission eligibility, payment timing, and any applicable conditions will be communicated before the deal is confirmed.
- The company may revise the commission plan with prior communication.

Eligibility Criteria
- Education: 10th pass, 12th pass, or graduate candidates may apply.
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Skills: Good communication, convincing ability, and customer-handling skills.
- Languages: Hindi; basic English is an advantage.
- Requirements: A mobile phone, reliable internet access, and a positive attitude.
