Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming and outgoing calls.
- Respond to customer and business enquiries.
- Identify potential leads and share them with the Sales team.
- Follow up on leads and enquiries.
- Handle basic email communication.
- Maintain basic lead and enquiry records.
- Coordinate with the Sales team for timely follow-ups.

Requirements

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Hindi and other regional languages will be a strong added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email and computer applications.
- Comfortable handling calls and customer enquiries.
- Experience in Tele calling, Inside Sales, Customer Support or Lead Generation is preferre
- Freshers with valuable communication skills are also welcome to apply.
