Telesales ExecutivE

We're looking for a confident, well spoken and organised tele-sales & CRM Executive to manage customer enquiries, generate sales, handle online orders and coordinate daily dispatch operations.

The candidate must have excellent communication skills, and an ability to manage customers professionally across multiple sales channels.

Key responsibilities:

1: Sales and customer enquiry Management

2: CRM and BillingManagement

3: Online order & Dispatch Coordination

4: Sales

Candidate Requirement:

Basic knowledge of MS EXcell, Billing, and CRM Software.

Experience in Telecalling, inside Sales, Customer support or e-commerce operations preferred.

Ability to handle multiple enquiries and follow - ups independently.

Experience:

Fresher with excellent communication skills OR 1-3 years of relevant experience.

Salary: As per experience and skills - 15,000 - 17,000 PM

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
