Job Summary

Fotia Ventures Private Limited is seeking a confident and customer-focused Telecaller Executive to support our business development activities. The candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective customers, understanding their requirements, explaining our real estate offerings, and arranging client meetings. This role combines weekday office-based calling activities with weekend field assignments to help generate business opportunities and improve customer engagement.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Contact prospective customers through phone calls and introduce relevant company projects and property offerings.
- Understand customer preferences, budget, and property requirements before sharing suitable options.
- Follow up with interested prospects and maintain regular communication to move enquiries forward.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate property visits or meetings with the sales team.
- Maintain an updated database of customer details, call outcomes, enquiries, and follow-up dates.




- Respond professionally to customer questions and direct complex enquiries to the appropriate team.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing colleagues to improve lead conversion and customer engagement.
- Participate in weekend field activities, including client meetings, property visits, and lead-generation campaigns.
- Meet assigned daily calling goals and monthly business targets.
- Share regular updates on calling performance, customer feedback, and follow-up progress with the reporting manager.
- Maintain a professional approach while communicating with prospective and existing customers.

Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or a related role.
- Good verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Ability to handle customer enquiries and follow up consistently.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with maintaining customer records.
- A positive attitude and willingness to work toward sales targets.
- Must be comfortable with weekend fieldwork and client interactions.
- Previous experience in real estate or property sales will be an added advantage.

Salary and Benefits
- Fixed monthly salary: Upto ₹30,000.
