Aixperia is a design-to-production digital platform that connects interior designers and cabinetry manufacturers through seamless software workflows. The platform helps convert design concepts into production-ready drawings and supports manufacturing workflows, automation, AR-based room scanning, and project management.

Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller to connect with potential customers, introduce them to Aixperia’s software solutions, generate leads, and coordinate product demonstrations. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a pleasant phone manner, and the ability to build skilled relationships with prospective clients.

Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate qualified leads.
- Introduce Aixperia and explain its software solutions clearly to prospects.
- Understand customer requirements and identify potential business opportunities.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Schedule product demos and meetings with interested prospects.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer responses.
- Coordinate with the sales and product teams for lead conversion and demonstrations.
- Handle basic customer queries and provide relevant information about the product.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients until the next stage of engagement.
- Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Provide feedback to the team regarding customer requirements, objections, and market response.





Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply; prior telecalling, customer support, or sales experience is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good proficiency in English; knowledge of Hindi/Malayalam is an advantage.
- Confident and comfortable communicating with customers over the phone.
- Good listening, convincing, and follow-up skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM tools.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and target-oriented approach.

Preferred Skills

- Telecalling / inside sales experience.
- Lead generation and customer relationship skills.
- Basic understanding of interior design, modular furniture, or software products is an advantage.
- Ability to explain products and benefits in a simple and convincing manner.
