- Call customers and confirm COD orders
- Handle basic customer calls and follow-ups
- Manage daily Shopify/e-commerce orders
- Pack jewellery products carefully
- Print shipping labels and prepare parcels
- Keep orders ready for courier pickup
- Update order status, cancellation, return and RTO information
- Maintain basic customer/order records
- Help with other basic e-commerce operations when required
✅ Requirements
- Freshers are welcome
- 12th pass / Graduate
- Gujarati and Hindi communication required
- Basic English
- Basic computer knowledge
- Comfortable talking to customers on phone
- Responsible and punctual
- Willing to learn
- Comfortable doing both calling and product packing
Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
