Key Responsibilities

- Qualify and engage prospective customers
- Understand customer requirements and schedule site visits
- Follow up through calls and WhatsApp
- Maintain CRM updates
- Coordinate with the Sales team
- Re-engage inactive leads
- Achieve site visit targets

Who We're Looking For

- Professionals 1+ years of experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer-first attitude
- English & Tamil preferred
