Position - Telecaller Executive

Experience: 0–1 Year
Location: Saligramam, Chennai
Key Responsibilities
· Attend incoming calls and customer enquiries.
· Contact potential clients and explain our interior design services.
· Follow up with leads and schedule appointments.
· Coordinate site visits for measurements.
· Collect basic site details and update the team.
· Coordinate with the sales/design team for client requirements.
· Maintain proper follow-up with customers.
Requirements
· Valuable communication and convincing skills.
· Tamil & basic English communication preferred.
· Willingness to travel for site visits when required.
· Basic knowledge of interior design is an advantage.
